Tommie Barfield Elementary students and Lely High School students put on a play based on the The Three Little Pigs story but with a twist that encourages reading. Parents had the opportunity to enjoy watching the performance after they learned a program called "B.U.I.L.D" from Debbie Cooper, a reading coach at the school, Tuesday night. While elementary and high school students practiced the play, "The Big Bad Wolf Goes to Read," parents attended sessions on how to encourage better reading and how to get involved in their children's education. The evening was called "Building Better Readers Night."
